Payment

A clear, confirmed payment process.

Select a preferred method in the booking form. After the lesson time and package are confirmed, Charmaine will send the appropriate private payment instructions for card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, PayPal, bank transfer or Wise. No payment is requested before confirmation.

Booking policy

Plan with confidence.

Give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a lesson in full. Late cancellations and no-shows may be counted as completed lessons.
